Ignoring the fact that this film is a base for christian propaganda, it really is superb.

Among the best films of all time.

When the wife dies, she tells her nephew ‘to swing away’ and for Mel ‘to see’.
Then Mel gives an explanation as to why she said such confusing things as she died. “All the little electrons were firing off in her head. There’s no one watching out for us.”
Basically the wife died to give Mel that message (from a higher power… GOD). So when the aliens came, he knew what to do. Swing away and use water against them to make them leave.

The movie has nothing to do with aliens.
It has to do with God.

ok, how the hell do these aliens get hydrated? Unless their dry or something.
    XD

and uh…. If they are si smart, why cant they open doors? I mean it was not even locked. Panicking? lol

Or do their doors open differently lol.

and what was the twist in this movie???

Not necessariliy. Everything on Earth is Carbon-based life.
However, the next closest building block for life is Silicone and it could thrive in extremely hot conditions where there is very little water naturally present.

    You are awesome! Lol.

is it possible to see soundtracks?

i dont want to be sound stupid and stubborn to your complaints about the movie but the fact is that a knife will cut just about any kind of living tissue i know, the aliens attempted to contaminate the water so they would be safe, and their spaceships were high in the sky and invisible so it would be hard to steal them.

Yeah its just somthing M. Night Shyamalan forgot. Its not the big of deal. He is a amateur movie director. He isn;t like Spielberg and stuff.

a knife chopped off his fingers they can’t open doors and they fail in intelegence by being vulnerable to water and then coming to a planet 75% water. how come nobody stole their spaceship when they arrived i would’ve

In real life I doubt bullets could hurt these beings.

it’d be funny if just after the aliens arrived outside the house it starts to rain

this is soooo emotional. just that revelation hitting him, that God was with him the whole time. And everything happened for a reason. So beautiful. I love movies that give you revelations at the end and the characters emotionally breakdown because of it. Thats why i think i love Night’s movies so much. Lady in the Water is probably my favorite of his. Such an emotional and touching ending.
